By clicking ‘send’ on our contact us page you are consenting to us processing your personal data so we may deal with your request. Your data will be deleted within two months of us finishing processing your request, which is an administration period only, we won’t hold your information for any longer than we need to, or pass on to third parties!
Our lawful basis for processing is defined as Consent under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Be informed about your data being processed, which is the basis for this Privacy Notice;
- Access, you can request a copy of the personal data that we hold;
- Rectification, if you find your personal data is inaccurate you can request that this is corrected;
- Erasure, you can request that we delete your details at any time;
- Restrict processing, we only store your details to deal with your request, if you contact us to restrict processing we will stop and erase your data;
- Data portability, should you require a copy of the data we hold you can receive this data in a machine-readable format;
- Object, again we only process your data to deal with your request so if you object we’ll simply stop and erase your data;
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
You can of course withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop processing and delete your data!
